Join us at Venissimo Del Mar as we welcome Domaine Artefact, the Rhône-focused estate winery from Escondido's Highland Valley, for a guided pairing class.
Your Venissimo monger and the Domaine Artefact team will walk you through four pairings, one at a time. You will taste each wine and each cheese on its own, then together, and learn why some matches click and others clash. Expect stories from the vineyard and the cheese cave, practical pairing rules you can use at home, and plenty of time for questions. No experience needed, only an appetite. Guests 21 and over.
